FAQ

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PENNY GRACE KNITWEAR?

I aim to have some stock of items at all time, however I often will need to make your order up. I will aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days. I send all orders with Royal Mail. You can choose standard delivery or upgrade to first class or special delivery.

 

If you need an item by a certain time please get in touch on pennygraceknitwear@gmail.com and I will do my best to send items to you within your time frame.

Personalised knitwear may add extra time to your order dispatch.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PENNY GRACE KNITWEAR?

All items should be hand washed in warm soapy water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry your knitwear. 


Due to the fine nature of the Geelong lambswool please take care with jewellery when wearing/using products. Pilling may occur with constant use. Pilling is not a defect but a result of friction on a soft, natural fibre such as lambswool. Please bear this is mind when purchasing.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

If there is something you love, but the colours aren't quite right for you, I am happy to do custom made - subject to colours available. We can work together on making the perfect knitwear for you.

WHERE ARE YOU STOCKED?

Penny Grace Knitwear is currently stocked at The Curated Collective in Ealing, London. A small family business that supports independent artists and makers and encourages people to Shop With Purpose.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I hope you will be happy with your Penny Grace Knitwear, but if for any reason you are not, items you would like to return for an exchange or refund will be accepted within 14 days of delivery to you, providing the item is in saleable condition. Items returned outside of the 14 day period will only be accepted if they have been authorised by us first. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

 

If you would like to return an item please email pennygraceknitwear@gmail.com within 14 days to start the returns process.

 

Please note: You are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items. Please only send items via a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature on arrival, as it is considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it. The item must still have all labels attached and be unworn/in the same condition it was sent to you, so I can re-sell it. Once I have received the item and checked that it is in a re-saleable condition, I will refund or exchange the item.
